ADULT PROGRAMS INFORMATION AND SKILLS ARE IMPARTED TO HELP LAUNCH GRADUATES OF OUR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM INFO, NEW CIVIC AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND CREATE A POSITIVE FORCE FOR CHANGE IN THE COMMUNITY.
THIS PROGRAM IS TARGETED TOWARD THOSE WHO ARE EARLY IN THEIR LEADERSHIP JOURNEY AND HAVE DEMONSTRATED AN INTEREST IN FURTHERING THEIR CAREERS BY ENHANCING THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITIES. THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED TO FILL THE CURRENT GAP BETWEEN THE LEADERSHIP PRINCE WILLIAM SUMMER YOUTH ACADEMY AND THE SIGNATURE ADULT PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, THIS PROGRAM SHOULD FURTHER THE MISSION OF LPW BY REACHING ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF THE GREATER PRINCE WILLIAM COMMUNITY WHILE ENHANCING STAKEHOLDER VALUE. THE EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITYS UP AND COMING LEADERS WHILE MAINTAINING THE LPW BRAND AND THE VALUE OF OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM.
