THE MISSION OF THE LEADERSHIP (BALTIMORE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION, INC.) IS TO PREPARE THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL CITIZENS IN THE GREATER BALTIMORE REGION. EACH YEAR'S CLASS INCLUDES MEMBERS FROM THE BUSINESS, NON-PROFIT AND GOVERNMENT SECTORS. PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE AN INTENSIVE YEAR-LONG EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE PREPARING THEM TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES IN THE BALTIMORE COMMUNITY.
