CAMPUS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: FOSTERING EFFECTIVE STUDENT ORGANIZATION ON U.S. COLLEGE CAMPUSES. CONDUCTING LEADERSHIP SCHOOLS FOR MEMBERS OF THESE GROUPS AND OTHER STUDENTS, AND HELPING STUDENTS START NEWSPAPERS ON THEIR CAMPUSES.
