COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS- FIVE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS CENTERED ON THE LOUISVILLE REGION ARE OFFERED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS LEAD ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES INTO THE FUTURE WITH CONFIDENCE AND VISION. THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE DIVERSE EXPERIENCES THAT EQUIP PARTICIPANTS WITH THE TOOLS, CONNECTIONS, AND CRITICAL SKILLS TO TURN ENERGY AND PASSION INTO ACCOMPLISHMENT. THEY RANGE FROM 2 DAY TO 1 YEAR LONG EXPERIENCES AND OVER 400 PARTICIPANTS GRADUATE FROM THE FIVE PROGRAMS EACH YEAR (LEADERSHIP LOUISVILLE, IGNITE LOUISVILLE, BINGHAM FELLOWS, FOCUS LOUISVILLE, AND ENCORE LOUISVILLE).
LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT- ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FROM ALL SECTORS PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCES TO BUILD CRITICAL COMPETENCIES THROUGHOUT THEIR LEADERSHIP JOURNEYS. PARTICIPANTS GAIN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE AND SKILLS TO ENGAGE AND INSPIRE OTHERS, MANAGE CHANGE, THINK STRATEGICALLY, AND MORE. OFFERINGS RANGE FROM ONE AND TWO-DAY TRAINING COURSES, AN ANNUAL DAY OF LEARNING CALLED THE BEST OF LEADERSHIP SUMMIT, AND TRAINING DELIVERED TO SMALL GROUPS WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION.
NETWORKING EVENTS & MEMBERSHIP-ALONG WITH OFFERING MEMBERSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION, EACH YEAR A CALENDAR OF SPECIAL EVENTS ARE OFFERED TO KEEP PROGRAM GRADUATES AND THE OVERALL COMMUNITY ENGAGED, CONNECTED, AND MOTIVATED FOR POSITIVE CHANGE.
