CENSUS & DATA EQUITY: THIS PROGRAM WORKS TO ACHIEVE MORE ROBUST AND INCLUSIVE DATA COLLECTION, ANALYSIS, AND REPORTING - INCLUDING THROUGH THE DECENNIAL CENSUS AND AMERICAN COMMUNITY SURVEY- IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY AND REMEDY DISPARITIES THAT UNDERMINE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND HARM MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAM IS BUILDING OFF THE SUCCESSFUL WORK TO ACHIEVE AN ACCURATE AND INCLUSIVE COUNT IN THE 2020 CENSUS TO DEVELOP A CONTINUOUS AND INFORMED CENSUS STRATEGY BETWEEN DECENNIAL COUNTS THAT INVOLVES PUBLIC EDUCATION, COMMUNICATIONS OUTREACH, AND FIELD MOBILIZATION. THE PROGRAM IS ALSO EXPANDING ITS FOCUS BEYOND OUR CENSUS WORK TO ACHIEVE BETTER DATA COLLECTION POLICIES AND PRACTICE MORE BROADLY IN A NUMBER OF AREAS, INCLUDING HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE.


COMMUNICATIONS: THROUGH STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDING THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION, VIDEOS, FACT-SHEETS, TOOLS AND TRAININGS, THE EDUCATION FUND IS SHIFTING THE NARRATIVE ON CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS TO GAIN PUBLIC WILL IN OUR FIGHT TOWARDS JUSTICE.


VOTING RIGHTS: THE EDUCATION FUND'S VOTING RIGHTS PROGRAM AIMS TO WORK WITH OUR PARTNERS AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE NATION TO MODERNIZE ELECTIONS AND BUILD A 21ST CENTURY DEMOCRACY - A DEMOCRACY WHERE ALL OF OUR VOICES ARE HEARD.
