FELLOWS PROGRAM MID-CAREER MILITARY AND CIVILIAN PROFESSIONALS PARTICIPATED IN A 6-MONTH ELITE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH A FOCUS ON CHARACTER AND THE NEED FOR A SET OF CORE VIRTUES. THE PROGRAM DEVELOPS EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY LEADERS WHO CATALYZE HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS. FIFTY SEVENTY-SEVEN 57 FELLOWS PARTICIPATED IN THE FELLOWS PROGRAM IN 2022. PROGRAM MEETINGS WERE DELIVERED BY VOLUNTEERS IN-PERSON AND ON-LINE TO PARTICIPANTS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. CERTIFIED MENTORS PROGRAM SLG SENIOR FELLOWS AND EXPERIENCED LEADERS FROM ALL INDUSTRIES AND THE MILITARY ARE INVITED TO SERVE AS MENTORS AND COMPLETE THE SLG CERTIFIED MENTOR PROGRAM.
