IMPACT TEAM PROGRAM - THE PROGRAMS GOAL IS TO CREATE LASTING STAFF CAPACITY IN SCHOOLS BYEMPOWERING AND RETAINING EXCELLENT, EXPERIENCED EDUCATORS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO DRIVING EQUITABLEOUTCOMES FOR STUDENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS BUILD DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP STRUCTURES AND OFFERSA FELLOWSHIP AND PRACTICUM PROGRAM FOR EARLY-STAGE TEACHER LEADERS AND TEACHER COACHES.
