IMPACT TEAM PROGRAM - THE PROGRAMS GOAL IS TO CREATE LASTING STAFF CAPACITY IN SCHOOLS BY EMPOWERING AND RETAINING EXCELLENT, EXPERIENCED EDUCATORS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO DRIVING EQUITABLE OUTCOMES FOR STUDENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS BUILD DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP STRUCTURES AND OFFERS A FELLOWSHIP AND PRACTICUM PROGRAM FOR EARLY-STAGE TEACHER LEADERS AND TEACHER COACHES.
