HOUSING: TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AS WELL AS EMERGENCY AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS. ASSISTANCE SERVICES INCLUDE: RENTAL, SECURITY DEPOSIT, UTILITY, SECTION 8, AND FAMILY SELF SUFFICIENCY. DURING THE YEAR 7,476 PARTICIPANTS RECEIVED SERVICES THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
WEATHERIZATION/ENERGY ASSISTANCE:PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION AND ENERGY CONSERVATION SERVICES TO LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS TO REDUCE UTILITY BILLS AND ENHANCE COMMUNITY SUSTAINABILITY BY USING FEWER RESOURCES. PROVIDE ENERGY ASSISTANCE FUNDING FOR CLIENTS IN ST. CROIX, DUNN, PEPIN, PIERCE, CHIPPEWA, BURNETT, AND BARRON COUNTIES. DURING THE YEAR 7,979 PARTICIPANTS RECEIVED SERVICES THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
