LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST WILL COUNTY LOW INCOME ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS PAY FOR ENERGY SERVICES. THE PROGRAM SERVED 5,299 PEOPLE IN THE PAST YEAR.
THE MAJORITY OF PROGRAM EXPENSES AND REVENUE FOR HOUSING RELATE TO THE RESOURCE INNOVATIONS PROGRAM. THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO WEATHERIZE HOMES TO MAKE THEM MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT.
