HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START PROGRAMS FUNDED THROUGH HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES GRANTS AND CONTRACTS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1,343 CHILDREN WERE ENROLLED IN HEAD START, 172 CHILDREN WERE ENROLLED IN EARLY HEAD START, AND 120 CHILDREN WERE ENROLLED IN EARLY HEAD START CCP.
