COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:PROVIDED A CONTINUUM OF HOUSING SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; PROVIDED HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION TO 193 HOUSEHOLDS; WEATHERIZED 16 HOMES; ASSISTED 169 HOMES WITH ENERGY RELATED REPAIRS; ASSISTED 5,165 HOUSEHOLDS WITH ENERGY ASSISTANCE; PROVIDED ENERGY CRISIS ASSISTANCE TO 2,135 HOMES; PROVIDED HOMELESS PREVENTION AND ASSISTANCE TO 100 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND RAPID REHOUSING TO 70 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO 9 HOUSEHOLDS; PROVIDED SNAP FOOD STAMP OUTREACH TO 703 HOUSEHOLDS; ASSISTED 735 HOUSEHOLDS WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO MITIGATE THE EFFECTS OF THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK; PROVIDED GENERAL AND HOUSING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, EDUCATION, OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, ADVOCACY INFORMATION TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS IN GOODHUE, OLMSTED, RICE, AND WABASHA COUNTIES.
