TO PROTECT OUR PRESENT AND SECURE FUTURE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL BENEFITS THROUGH LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITY SO THAT THEY CAN OBTAIN THEIR PROPER AND COMPLETE FUNDING AND LEAVE THEM TO OUT POSTERITY AS A LEGACY OF WHAT CAN BE DONE WHEN PEOPLE ORGANIZE TO DEMAND THEIR JUST RIGHTS.
