IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE UTILIZATION OF A UNIQUE FORUM, A "COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE", IN WHICH ALL STAKEHOLDERS COME TOGETHER AROUND A SHARED VISION, ADDRESSING FAMILY EDUCATION, RECREATION AND SUPPORT NEEDS.
