RESIDENTIAL SERVICES PROVIDES CARING, SMALL HOUSE SETTINGS WITH CONTINUOUS SUPERVISION FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. WE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH DEVELOPING SKILLS RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, SUCH AS GROOMING AND CLEANLINESS, BED-MAKING AND HOUSEHOLD CHORES, EATING AND THE PREPARATION OF FOOD, AND THE SOCIAL AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE INDIVIDUAL TO RESIDE IN A NON-INSTITUTIONAL SETTING. HOMES ARE BUILT AROUND THE PERSONALITIES OF THEIR RESIDENTS, WITH EACH ONE HAVING ITS OWN UNIQUE AND POSITIVE CHARACTER. FROM SITE-BASED TO WITHOUT-WALLS PROGRAMS, SUPERVISED DAY SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE LIFE SKILLS, INCLUDING SELF-HELP, SOCIALIZATION, AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS; CONNECT THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE WITH THE COMMUNITY; AND PROVIDE FUN AND CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES. PARTICIPANTS HAVE CHOICE AND INPUT INTO WHICH ACTIVITIES THEY PARTICIPATE IN, WITH A FOCUS ON THEIR PERSONAL GROWTH AND INTERESTS. CLINICAL SVCS (NURSING) PROVIDES MEDICAL OVERSIGHT & DOCUMENTATION REVIEW OF EACH INDIVIDUAL'S MEDICATION, MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, MEDICAL STATUS & UPDATES, & ANY MEDICAL NEEDS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. OUR CLINICAL SVCS ARE STAFFED BY PROFESSIONALS W/EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTING PERSONS W/DISABILITIES, & THROUGH THIS PROGRAM THEY BECOME VERY FAMILIAR W/THE PARTICULAR MEDICAL NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE, FROM THE MORE COMPLEX CASES TO THE LESS INTENSIVE.
