THE ORGANIZATION SERVICES MORE THAN 100 CLIENTS.THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE TITLED AS MEDICAID SERVICE COORDINATORS.THEIR JOB IS TO ADVOCATE FOR CLIENTS SO THAT EACH OF THEM IS AFFORDED ALL THE NECESSARY BENEFITS FOR MEDICAID RECIPIENTS WHO ARE EITHER PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY CHALLENGED.THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT CHARGE THE MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.THE ORGANIZATIONS JOB IS TO EVALUATE THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES BY MAKING APPOINTMENTS,ARRANGING TRANSPORTATION AND PROPER FOLLOW UP UNTILL THE APPROPRIATE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.SOME OF THE ORGANIZATION STAFF WILL OFFER RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION WHEREBY YOUNG ADULTS WILL BE PREPARED FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING IN VARIOUS AREAS SUCH AS:DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES,SOCIALIZATION,FRIENDS,COGNITION AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION WHERE NEW RELATIONSHIPS WILL BE CREATED WITH NEIGHBORS,FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHILE MAINTAINING EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS.THE ORGANIZATIONS ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH OPPORTUNITY TO BE AS INDEPENDENT AS POSSIBLE.
