EARLY INTERVENTION - THE PROGRAM SERVES CHILDREN FROM BIRTH UNTIL AGE THREE. IT IS DESIGNED TO MINIMIZE EACH CHILD'S DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS AND MAXIMIZE HIS/HER POTENTIAL THROUGH SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING SERVICES AND SUPPORTS INCLUDE SPEECH, PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, NUTRITION, VISION, HEARING, AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTION THERAPIES TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH INFANTS AND TODDLERS, SERVING WASHINGTON, GREENE, FAYETTE, AND WESTMORELAND COUNTIES.
COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL HOME - THE SCOPE OF SERVICES THE PROGRAM OFFERS REVOLVES AROUND THE CONCEPT OF DEINSTITUTIONALIZATION AND NORMALIZATION EXPERIENCES FOR INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED MEN AND WOMEN. THE PURPOSE IS TO GIVE THESE INDIVIDUALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS NEEDED TO REMAIN IN THE COMMUNITY, SERVING WASHINGTON, GREENE, AND WESTMORELAND COUNTIES.
AGENCY WITH CHOICE - THIS PROGRAM SERVES INDIVIDUALS AGES THREE AND UP WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. INDIVIDUALS AND/OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE SELF-DIRECT THEIR SERVICES LEADING TO GREATER CHOICE AND CONTROL OVER WHERE, WHEN, AND HOW SUPPORT SERVICES ARE DELIVERED, SERVING WASHINGTON, GREENE, FAYETTE, ALLEGHENY, LAWRENCE, AND WESTMORELAND COUNTIES. SERVICES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, HOME AND COMMUNITY HABILITATION, RESPITE, COMPANION, HOMEMAKER/CHORE, AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT.
ADULT TRAINING FACILITYTHIS PROGRAM SERVES INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 AND 60. THE OVERALL FUNCTION OF THE PROGRAM IS TO GIVE THESE INDIVIDUALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP NORMALCY AND INDEPENDENCE.OLDER ADULT DAILY LIVING PROGRAMTHIS PROGRAM PROVIDES DAY SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AGE 60 AND OVER. THE OVERALL FUNCTION OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO ENABLE SENIORS TO HAVE A WELL-ROUNDED, ENJOYABLE RETIREMENT LIFE.PENNSYLVANIA ELKS HOME SERVICE PROGRAM A MEDICAL CARE COORDINATION SERVICE BY REGISTERED NURSES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES, SERVING SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.VENDORTHIS IS AN INDIRECT SERVICE TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES WITH PAYMENT FOR SERVICES TO SMALL UNLICENSED PROVIDERS AND VENDORS.
