THE PARENT DIRECTED PROGRAM (PDP) AT BOUNDLESS OFFERS ONE-OF-A-KIND, IN-HOME RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WHO EITHER LIVE WITH OR ADJACENT TO THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. WE UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY INVOLVEMENT AND WE WORK CLOSELY WITH FAMILIES TO ENSURE THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. AT BOUNDLESS, WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP AND SUPPORT. THROUGH THE PDP PROGRAM, BOUNDLESS SERVES OVER 1,000 INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES EACH MONTH, PROVIDING OVER 1-MILLION SERVICE HOURS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, ENABLING FAMILIES TO TAKE MORE CONTROL OVER THE STAFF WHO CARE FOR THEIR BELOVED CHILDREN.

AT BOUNDLESS HEALTH, OUR HEARTS ARE DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SERVICES THAT EMBRACE AND SUPPORT CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS. WE TAKE A HOLISTIC APPROACH, OFFERING BOTH EDUCATIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES THAT ARE TAILORED TO THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN WE SERVE. OVER THE PAST YEAR, WE'VE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF PROVIDING SERVICES TO NEARLY 2,500 CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, EITHER THROUGH OUR ON-SITE CENTER-BASED PROGRAMS, OUR SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS, OR THROUGH OUR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC.
AT BOUNDLESS, WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. WE UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF HOME, AND WE'RE HERE TO SUPPORT AND EMPOWER THE PEOPLE WE SERVE TO MAKE THE MOST OF THEIR HOME EXPERIENCE EVERY DAY. BY USING THEIR IO WAIVERS, THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE AT HOME CAN RECEIVE STAFF VISITS AS NEEDED FOR AS LITTLE AS ONE HOUR A WEEK, TO ROUND-THE-CLOCK CARE. OUR DEDICATED TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS HELP WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PERSONAL HYGIENE, MONEY MANAGEMENT, SHOPPING, HOUSEKEEPING, COOKING, COMMUNITY OUTINGS AND MORE.
