RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS - WE SUPPORT 169 PEOPLE THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY'S FIVE BOROUGHS AND WESTCHESTER COUNTY IN VARIOUS SETTINGS. SOME PEOPLE LIVE IN A GROUP SETTING WHILE OTHERS ARE BETTER SUITED TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN APARTMENTS. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PERSON CENTERED SUPPORTS WITH A FOCUS ON SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND INTERDEPENDENCE IN A WAY THAT IS UNIQUE TO EACH PERSON. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE WITH VARYING ABILITIES ALL SHARE IN THE SAME DESIRE TO CALL A PLACE HOME, TO FIND WORK THAT'S MEANINGFUL AND TO BE CITIZENS WHO ARE VALUED AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE WORK EACH DAY TO HELP THOSE WE SUPPORT FULFILL THOSE GOALS IN LIFE.
HOME-BASED SERVICES - PROVIDE A NUMBER OF IN-HOME SERVICES THAT ATTEND TO AN INDIVIDUAL'S BASIC NEEDS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING RESPITE FOR CAREGIVERS SO THEY CAN FIND TIME TO WORK, RUN ERRANDS AND SPEND TIME WITH OTHERS.
