TO PROVIDE LIFE-ENRICHING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE OPTIMAL INDEPENDENCE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH SUPPORT FOR EACH PERSON IN REACHING THEIR POTENTIAL, THROUGH GOAL-DRIVEN SERVICES AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS.

DAY HABILITATION: THE DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM SERVES ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AT EIGHT FACILITIES, PROVIDING AN EXTENSIVE ARRAY OF SERVICES. CCI COMBINES TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES ALONG WITH NUMEROUS COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE AS A FULL MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023, SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 528 INDIVIDUALS.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: THE CCI TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AGENCY'S DAY HABILITATION PROGRAMS, MAKING MOBILITY EASIER FOR THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAMS. WITH A FLEET OF WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VANS, CCI PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE DAY CENTERS, COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES AND APPOINTMENTS. THE PROGRAM SERVED 363 INDIVIDUALS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABLITIES. WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS, CCI FINDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTS THEM IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023, THE PROGRAM SECURED 50 NEW JOB PLACEMENTS AND SUPPORTED 363 INDIVIDUALS, MAINTAINING UP TO A 90% EMPLOYMENT RATE FOR THOSE SERVED.
