DAY HABILITATION: THE DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM SERVES ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AT EIGHT FACILITES, PROVIDING AN EXTENSIVE ARRAY OF SERVICES. CCI COMBINES TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES ALONG WITH NUMEROUS COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE AS A FULL MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 548 INDIVIDUALS.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: THE CCI TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AGENCY'S DAY HABILITATION PROGRAMS, MAKING MOBILITY EASIER FOR THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAMS. WITH A FLEET OF WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VANS, CCI PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE DAY CENTERS, COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES AND APPOINTMENTS. THE PROGRAM SERVED 339 INDIVIDUALS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABLITES. WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS CCI FINDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTS THEM IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022 THE PROGRAM SECURED 45 NEW JOB PLACEMENTS AND SUPPORTED 332 UPDAINDIVUDUALS, MAINTAINING UP TO A 90% EMPLOYMENT RATE FOR THOSE SERVED.
