FREE STANDING RESPITE CARE - JEFFERSON/LEWIS COUNTIES. TO PROVIDE FOR THE CARE OF DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 45 DAYS PER YEAR.
