IN 2020 DRESS FOR SUCCESS OREGON CONTINUED TO SUPPORT WOMXN AT EVERY STEP OF THEIR WORKFORCE PARTICIPATION THROUGH OFFERING INTERVIEW AND JOB-READY CLOTHING, PRE-EMPLOYMENT JOB COACHING WORKSHOPS FOR JOB-SEEKING WOMXN, AND OUR POST-EMPLOYMENT JOB-RETENTION SUPPORT PROGRAM, THE PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP (PWG). IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 SHUTDOWN AND CONSEQUENT ECONOMIC CRISIS, WE TOOK OUR SUPPORT PROGRAMS ONLINE; EXPANDED OUR PROFESSIONAL CLOTHING OFFERINGS; SUPPORTED COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN OREGON WILDFIRE RELIEF; HOSTED A CLIENT RESOURCE EVENT PROVIDING ESSENTIAL ITEMS LIKE BRAS, UNDERGARMENTS, AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS; PROVIDED LAPTOPS AND TABLETS TO PWG MEMBERS AT NO COST TO BRIDGE A TECHNOLOGY DIVIDE; TRAINED 89 NEW VOLUNTEERS AND ENGAGED 250 VOLUNTEERS TO DELIVER SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS; AND OVERALL SERVED 993 WOMXN ACROSS ALL OUR PROGRAMS.
