4PA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN PORT ANGELES, WA, ESTABLISHED WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO CONNECT HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO GAIN STABLE HOUSING. RESOURCES DONATED WHERE UTILIZED TO PURCHASE A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TO DEVELOPMENT INTO A TEMPORARY HOUSING FACILITY CALLED THE TOUCHSTONE CAMPUS. IN ADDITION, 4PA OPERATES A FULL TIME CLEAN-UP CREW, INCLUDING 3 PAID STAFF AND OVER 100 VOLUNTEERS, TOMONITOR AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC SPACES TO UPHOLD THEIR INTENDED USE. IN 2023, THEY REMOVED 84,000 POUNDS OF GARBAGE AND 9,800 HAZARDOUS ITEMS TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR MISSION OF A CLEAN AND SAFE COMMUNITY FOR ALL.
