THE LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY & WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: HELP FAMILIES WITH LOW INCOME TO HAVE HEAT DURING WINTER HEATING MONTHS, WEATHERIZE THEIR HOMES TO IMPROVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY, ASSISTS WITH REPAIR TO NON- WORKING HEAT SOURCES AND ASSIST WITH OTHER EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE/RENT SERVICES. THESE PROGRAMS ASSISTED 29,368 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023.


THE NATIONAL FARMWORKER JOBS PROGRAM: PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT RELATED SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE SEASONAL MIGRANT FARM WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN WASHINGTON STATE. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THE PROGRAM HAS ASSISTED 2,299 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023.
