LAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM-WORK WITH PRIVATE LANDOWNERS TO PRESERVE PUBLIC CONSERVATION VALUES OF PROPERTIES THROUGH PURCHASE OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS OR COORDINATION WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT CONSERVATION ORGANIZATIONS OR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PRESERVE THE CONSERVATION VALUES OF PROPERTIES.
