LAND RESTORATION SERVICES - INCLUDES (1) INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE COALITIONS'S MEMBERS, PRIVATE AND PUBLICE ORGANIZATIONS, THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT AND THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE WITH RESPECT TO LANDSCAPE RESTORATION AND WATERSHED HEALTH, (2) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FACILITATE RESTORATION EFFORTS ON PUBLICE AND PRIVATE LANDS, (3) EFFICIENT OVERSIGHT AND ADMINISTRATION OF NUMEROUS RESTORATION PROJECTS AND DATA COLLECTION PROJECTS ACROSS THE WEST.
