THE ONLY SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE READERS WILL NOTICE IS THAT THE TRIBUNES EDITORIAL BOARD WHICH OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY OF THE NEWS STAFF WILL NO LONGER MAKE CANDIDATE ENDORSEMENTS.
