ONGOING LITIGATION INITIATED IN 2017 (CURLING V RAFFENSPERGER) OBTAINED COURT ORDER IN 2022 TO INVESTIGATE NATION'S LARGEST VOTING SYSTEM BREACH, 2022 LITIGATION SPENDING WAS PRIMARILY DEDICATED TO SUCH INVESTIGATION VIA DISCOVERY, GENERATING SIGNIFICANT NATIONAL MEDIA COVERAGE, AND RESULTING VOTER AND ELECTION OFFICIAL EDUCATION. CGG'S LITIGATION DISCOVERY RELATED TO GEORGIA'S VOTING SYSTEM BREACHES, ARE EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE INDICTMENTS BEING SOUGHT IN 2023 BY FULTON COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY.
ELECTION SECURITY EDUCATION FOR VOTERS AND ELECTION OFFICIALS. CGG CONDUCTED WEBINARS AND CONFERENCE CALLS TO EDUCATE LOCAL ELECTION OFFICIALS, VOTERS AND CIVIC LEADERS ON THE SECURITY FLAWS I THE GEORGIA ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM. RESEARCH ON BALLOT SECRECY FLAW IN THE DOMINION VOTING SYSTEM METHOD OF RECORDING VOTED BALLOT DETAIL (BALLOT SECRECY). ASSISTED EXPERT RESEARCHER IN ANALYZING AND PRODUCING DATA FOR REPORT SHARED WITH ALL STATE OFFICIALS NATIONWIDE USING DOMINION SYSTEM. BASED ON RESEARCH, CGG PROPOSED RULE CHANGES TO GEORGIA STATE ELECTION BOARD, AND DISTRIBUTED EDUCATION MATERIALS TO ALL 159 COUNTIES IN GEORGIA.
