ENERGY ASSISTANCE IS A FEDERAL PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ASSIST ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH THEIR DOMESTIC ENERGY NEEDS.
