PIZZA TO THE POLLS IS A NONPARTISAN, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSES ARE TO EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS ABOUT AMERICA'S INSTITUTIONS, CITIZENS' CIVIC DUTIES AND OPPORTUNITIES, AND TO INCREASE TURNOUT AND ENSURE ALL PEOPLE ARE WELL-INFORMED ABOUT THEIR CIVIC OBLIGATIONS.

FOOD TRUCKS - IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PIZZA TO THE POLLS (PTTP) LAUNCHED ITS FOOD TRUCK PROGRAM IN 2020 TO SAFELY PROVIDE FREE, INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED SNACKS AND BEVERAGES TO EVERYONE. PTTP HAD MANY PARTNERS THAT ENSURED THE SUCCESS OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING IMPACTUAL, TINSEL EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN, ROAMING HUNGER, AND VARIOUS FOOD/DRINK VENDORS. PTTP ADDED TO THIS PROGRAM IN 2022 BY DEPLOYING FOOD STANDS AT SELECT NONPARTISAN EVENTS. IN TOTAL, THE 2022 PROGRAM HAD FOUR FOOD TRUCKS AND TWO FOOD STANDS WITH MORE THAN 10,000 SNACKS DELIVERED.
ON DEMAND - IN RESPONSE TO LONG LINES AT VOTING LOCATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN 2016, PTTP LAUNCHED ITS ON DEMAND PROGRAM. PTTP COLLECTS REPORTS OF CROWDED POLLING STATIONS AND DELIVERS PIZZAS TO FEED VOTERS, POLL WORKERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND ANYONE ELSE AT THESE SITES. IN ADDITION, PTTP SENDS PIZZAS TO NONPARTISAN EVENTS FOCUSED ON VOTER EDUCATION, REGISTRATION, AND TURNOUT. IN 2022, PTTP DELIVERED MORE THAN 4,500 PIZZAS TO MORE THAN 450 POLLING SITES AND NONPARTISAN EVENTS ACROSS 42 STATES.
VAX AND SNACKS - IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PTTP LAUNCHED ITS VAX AND SNACKS PROGRAM IN 2021 TO FEED STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AND PEOPLE IN LINES AT COVID-19 VACCINATION SITES. PTTP HAD MANY PARTNERS THAT ENSURED THE SUCCESS OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING CORE, SLICE, SLICE OUT HUNGER, WETZEL'S PRETZELS, AND BRESEE YOUTH CENTER.
