CCEF EDUCATES AND ENGAGES COMMUNITIES OF COLOR AND WORKING CLASS NEIGHBORHOODS ABOUT PUBLIC POLICY TO MAKE CALIFORNIAS ELECTORATE REFLECT ITS DIVERSE POPULATION. COMMUNITIES ARE ENGAGED TO IMPROVE OUR STATE THROUGH POLICY SOLUTIONS ADDRESSING FUNDING PUBLIC SERVICES, GOOD GOVERNMENT, FAIR TAXES AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.
