AS A COOPERATING ASSOCIATION WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, THE ORGANIZATION COLLABORATES TO OFFER INTERPRETIVE SERVICES AND SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF THE EXPANDING PIEDRAS BLANCAS NORTHERN ELEPHANT SEAL COLONY.
