FISCAL SPONSORSHIP - CMSF PROVIDES PROGRAM OVERSIGHT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OTHER SERVICES TO BUILD CAPACITY FOR PROJECTS THAT DIRECTLY SUPPORT OUR MISSION OF ENHANCING OUR COASTAL ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITIES BY LEVERAGING SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND COLLABORATION. THROUGH FISCAL SPONSORSHIP, CMSF SUPPORTS DOZENS OF PROJECTS IN AREAS OF INTERPRETIVE EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, SEA LEVEL RISE, ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING, WATER SUPPLY ENHANCEMENT, AND VESSEL SPEED REDUCTION TO DECREASE COASTAL AIR POLLUTION AND MARINE MAMMAL DISTURBANCES.
