COORDINATE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO DEVELOP LAND MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP PRACTICES AND PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE RESOURCE CONSERVATION. THIS INCLUDES THE CURRENT YEAR PROGRAMS: FISH FRIENDLY FARMING AND FISH FRIENDLY RANCHING PROGRAMS, HABITAT AND WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING CREEK RESTORATION, PLANT REMOVAL, FROST REGULATION AND REVEGETATION PROJECTS AND MONITORING PROGRAMS AND STUDIES.
