DAY CAMPS - THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TWO SUMMER DAY CAMPS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO ARE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND/OR OTHER DISABILITIES. THE SUMMER CAMPS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO PERSONS WITHOUT DISABILITIES.
CASE MANAGEMENT - UCP'S CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ASSISTS FAMILIES AND CONSUMERS WITH DISABILITIES TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE BY HELPING THEM TO LEARN TO MANAGE THEIR NEEDS CONCERNING HOUSING, DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, EDUCATION, SELF-ADVOCACY, AND THE COORDINATION OF SUPPORT SERVICES, MEDICAL SERVICES, HOME HEALTH SERVICES. THE CASE MANAGER ALSO PROVIDES A SPECIALIZED HOUSING CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO HELP PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO FIND AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE HOUSING IN THE COMMUNITY TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS.
RESPITE CARE - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES RELIEF TO FAMILIES WITH PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED DEPENDENTS HAVING CEREBRAL PALSY AND/OR OTHER DISABILITIES FROM CONSTANT CARE TAKER RESPONSIBILITIES.
CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION TO ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES WHO RECEIVE SERVICES THROUGH THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, THE DIVISION FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED, AND OTHER AGENCIES PROVIDING REHABILITATION SERVICES IN THE STATE. PARENT AND CHILDREN TOGETHER AT TECH PACTT - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES DAYCARE FOR CHILDREN WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES IN SUSSEX COUNTY, DELAWARE. THE PROGRAM ALSO OFFERS SINGLE PARENTS ATTENDING SCHOOL CHILDCARE SERVICES SO THAT THEY MAY BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THEIR EDUCATION. VARIOUS OTHER HOUSING TYPE PROGRAMS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: 1). ASSISTED LIVING - A PROGRAM TO DEVELOP COMMUNITY HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. 2). HOUSING - A PROGRAM TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY HOUSING TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. 3).
