THE ORGANIZATION IS FUNDING RESEARCH INTO A CURE FOR NF2. THE ORGANIZATION ARRANGED A CONSORTIUM IN 2019, WHICH WAS ATTENDED BY LEADING EXPERTS IN THE FIELDS OF NF2 RESEARCH AND GENE THERAPY. FROM THIS CONSORTIUM THE ORGANIZATION IDENTIFIED LABORATORIES WHICH ARE WORKING ON DIFFERENT APPROACHES THAT MAY LEAD TO A CURE OR IMPROVED TREATMENT FOR NF2. THE ORGANIZATION IS NOW PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THESE LABORATORIES, AND IS ORGANIZING ANOTHER CONSORTIUM TO SEEK ADDITIONAL LABORITORIES TO SUPPORT.
