CONSUMER DIRECTED PERSONAL CARE SERVICES - PROVIDES SERVICES TO ALLOW MEDICAID ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY TO TRAIN, HIRE, AND DISCHARGE THEIR OWN PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS. 74 INDIVIDUALS SERVED IN 2022.
