TO PROVIDE PERSON-CENTERED SERVICES AND SUPPORTS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE GOAL OF THESE SERVICES AND SUPPORTS IS TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, AND QUALITY OF LIFE.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: PROVIDE A HOME-LIKE ENVIRONMENT TO 78 ADULTS WITH SEVERE DISABLING CONDITIONS IN NINE GROUP HOMES. OVERSEE MEDICAL CARE AND ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING WHILE PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION.
ADULT DAY SERVICES: TEACHING SKILLS WHICH ENABLE ADULTS TO BE MORE INDEPENDENT IN THEIR USE OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES. PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP TRAVEL AND MONEY-HANDLING SKILLS, AND VOLUNTEER AT VARIOUS COMMUNITY SITES SUCH AS PARKS AND SENIOR CENTERS. SPEECH, PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIES ARE PROVIDED AS NEEDED.
CHILDREN'S CENTER SERVICES: PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND TREATMENT SERVICES TO CHILDREN FROM EARLY CHILDHOOD THROUGH AGE 21. ENABLES CHILDREN AGED 3-5 WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES TO TRANSITION TO PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS.
