HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM - INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES RECEIVE THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASKS OF DAILY LIVING IN ORDER TO REMAIN AT HOME AND LIVE WITH INDEPENDENCE. ACCESSABILITIES, INC. OFFERS SPECIALIZED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF DISABILITIES INCLUDING FUNCTIONAL LIMITATIONS IN THE AREAS OF MOBILITY, COMMUNICATION, SELF-CARE, LEARNING OR CAPACITY FOR INDEPENDENCE. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH BATHING, DRESSING, GROOMING, PERSONAL HYGIENE, MOBILITY, NUTRITION GUIDANCE, MEAL PREPARATION, ASSISTANCE WITH EATING, INSTRUMENTAL ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING SUCH AS ERRANDS, DOCTORS APPTS, HOUSEKEEPING, AND LAUNDRY; RESPITE AND COMPANION SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION.
