BURMA HUMANITARIAN MISSION PROVIDES MEDICINE TRAINING TO BACKPACK MEDICS WHO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE TO ISOLATED VILLAGES IN BURMA. IN 2023, WE PROVIDED SUPPORT 46 TEAMS WITH MORE THAN 2.6 MILLION DOSES OF MEDICINE. THE TEAMS SUPPORTED 120,000+ PEOPLE AND TREATED OVER 41,137 PATIENTS. BHM SUPPORTS PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THAILAND AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES OR AT RISK YOUTH IN BURMA'S LARGER URBAN AREAS. BHM ALSO SUPPORTS CIVIC & DEMOCRATIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

THE BACKPACK PROGRAM SUPPORTED 46 TEAMS WITH MORE THAN 2.6 MILLION DOSES OF MEDICINE. THE TEAMS PROVIDED MEDICAL CARE FOR MORE THAN 120,000 ISOLATED AND INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS IN BURMA'S CONFLICT ZONES. THEY TREATED MORE THAN 41,000 PATIENTS. THE PROGRAM TRAINED 20 NEW MEDICS. BHM SUPPORT INCLUDED SUPPORT FOR MEDICAL CARE PROGRAM, MOTHER-CHILD PROGRAM AND COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION AND PREVENTION PROGRAM.


MYME PROVIDES MOBILE PRIMARY EDUCATION TO BOYS IN BURMA'S URBAN CENTERS.


EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDE MINNAHAW SCHOOL.- PROVIDES SECONDARY AND POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION TO STUDENTS DISPLACED BY VIOLENCE IN BURMA. GRADUATED 47 STUDENTS INTO ADVANCED PROGRAMS TO INCLUDE 4 STUDENTS TO UNIVERSITIES.
