OUR HOUSE INC IS A COMMUNITY DAY PROGRAM OFFERING A RANGE OF LIVING SKILLS AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING AS WELL AS SOCIAL INTERACTION AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, AGES 18 YEARS AND ABOVE. THE GOAL OF OUR HOUSE INC IS TO PROMOTE AN ATMOSPHERE OF CONTINUED LEARNING WHILE OFFERING INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, OPPORTUNITIES TO CREATIVELY EXPRESS THEMSELVES, FORM SHORT AND LONG TERM GOALS, AND ENHANCE THEIR COMMUNITY. OUR HOUSE INC WORKS TO HELP EACH PARTICIPANT GAIN INDEPENDENCE THROUGH OUR INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES AND SUPPORTS. OUR HOUSE INC FUNDING COMES FROM LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND STATE FUNDING. SOME FUNDING COMES FROM PARENTS OF OUR STUDENTS/PARTICIPANTS.
