ENVISION BEND BRINGS DIVERSE STAKEHOLDERS TOGETHER TO EDUCATE, ENGAGE AND EMPOWER ALL MEMBERS OF THE BEND COMMUNITY TO HAVE A VOICE IN OUR CITYS FUTURE. WE ARE THE STEWARDS OF THE VISION FOR OUR CITY AND WE ENSURE THAT THE VISION REMAINS VIBRANT, RELEVANT AND STRATEIC WHILE ALSO WORKING TO ACHIEVE INITIATIVES AND IDEAS GROUNDED IN THE COMMUNITY'S VISION.

ENVISION BEND IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT BRINGS TOGETHER PEOPLE OF ALL BACKGROUNDS AND PERSPECTIVES TO HELP SHAPE OUR FUTURE, MAKING BEND A BETTER PLACE FOR EVERYONE. IN EARLY 2022, THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED THE BEND VISION PROJECT, OUR COMMUNITY'S FIRT LARGE-SCALE VISIONING PROJECT SINCE 2005-06. THE VISION PROJECT HAS ASSISTED RESIDENTS IN IDENTIFYING OUR BIGGEST CHALLENGES AND IN REIMAGINING THE COMMUNITY FOR THE FUTURE. LATER IN 2023, ENVISION BEND WILL RELEASE A LONG-RANGE VISION FOR THE GREATER BEND AREA, ALONG WITH A 5-YEAR ACTION PLAN, INCLUDING STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE THAT WHOLE-OF-COMMUNITY VISION. THE BEND VISION PROJECT IS SUPPORTED BY THE CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, LOCAL BUSINESSES, NON-PROFITS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
