THE GROWTH PILLAR FOCUSING ON GROWING TRADABLE-SECTOR JOBS THAT REDUCE DEPENDENCY ON GOVERNMENT JOBS AND CREATE HIGH-WAGE OPPORTUNITIES. SUSTAINABILITY FOCUSING ON RETENTION AND EXPANSION OF TRADABLE-SECTOR BUSINESSES ALREADY CALLING THE GREATER SACRAMENTO REGION HOME.
