THE WORKFORCE PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT OF A TALENT OPTIMIZATION SITE THAT UTILIZES INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND ANALYTICS TO BETTER CONNECT THE REGION'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM WHICH IS COMPRISED OF EMPLOYERS, EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, NON-PROFITS AND JOB SEEKERS.


THE DIGITAL EQUITY PROGRAM WORKS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO CLOSE THE DIGITAL DIVIDE IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY POPULATIONS.
