CLATSOP ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES WORKED WITH 202 BUSINESSES TO OFFER ASSISTANCE IN EXPANDING AND RETAINING THEIR BUSINESS. WE HAVE PROVIDED 28 TRAINING, SEMINAR, AND CLASS OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSIST THEM. WE PROVIDED 686 BUSINESS VISIT SESSIONS AND 1027 TOTAL SESSION HOURS.CLATSOP ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES HAVE BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN THE START UP OF 20 NEW BUSINESSES, HELPED CREATE 40 JOBS, AND HELPED RETAIN 85 JOBS WITHIN THE CLATSOP COUNTY AREA DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.
