PROVIDED AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO FAMILIES NEEDING AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOMES ON CAPE COD, INCLUDING FAMILIES MEETING FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME GUIDELINES UNDER VARIOUS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
