DAY HAB PROGRAM: ANOTHER STEP OFFERS A UNIQUE APPROACH TO THE PROVISION OF DAY SUPPORTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE AGENCY PROVIDES ALL DAY SUPPORTS UTILIZING GENERIC COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM:ANOTHER STEP CURRENTLY OPERATES FIVE GROUP HOMES KNOWN AS INDIVIDUALIZED RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVES (IRA) FOR PEOPLE WHOSE NEEDS REQUIRE 24 HOUR STAFF COVERAGE.
COMMUNITY HABILITATION PROVIDES SUPPORTS THAT ARE INTENDED TO INCREASE THE PERSON'S INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS WITHIN THE FAMILY HOME, AS WELL AS INCREASE THEIR CAPACITY TO FUNCTION AS A MEMBER OF THEIR COMMUNITY.
