EIHAB'S IRA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES PROVIDE 24-HOUR EXEMPLARY CARE AND PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING TO ENSURE THAT INDIVIDUALS LEAD FULFILLING, PRODUCTIVE LIVES. EACH OF OUR WELL-APPOINTED HOMES PROVIDE A SAFE, NURTURING, FAMILY-LIKE ENVIRONMENT. OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST OUR CLIENTS TO STRIVE FOR GREATER INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION. THE ORGANIZATION SERVICED 95 IRA CLIENTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022.
DAY HABILITATION PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH THE ACQUISITION, IMPROVEMENTS OF SELF-HELP, SOCIALIZATION, AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS WHICH TAKE PLACE IN A NON-RESIDENTIAL SETTING, SEPARATE FROM THE HOME OR FACILITY IN WHICH THE RESIDENT LIVES. (COMHAB-R) PROVIDES TELECOMMUNICATION REMOTE SERVICES PROVIDED TO EIHAB'S EXISTING IRA CLIENTS THAT DO NOT UTILIZE OUR CURRENT DAY HABILITATION PROGRAMS AND ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE NORMAL DAY HABILITATION SERVICES DUE TO COVID-19. THE ORGANIZATION SERVICED 229 DHB CLIENTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022.
COMMUNITY HABILITATION SERVICES PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO RESIDE WITH THEIR FAMILY AND REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS. WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE INDIVIDUAL AND THEIR SELECTED TEAM OR CIRCLE, AREAS OF SUPPORT ARE IDENTIFIED WHERE A PERSON WANTS TO ENHANCE LEVELS OF INDEPENDENCE. THE ORGANIZATION SERVICED 129 CLIENTS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022.
