DSS FISCAL INTERMEDIARY SERVICES - THE ORGANIZATION IS THE FIDUCIARY AGENT FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS). THE DSS CONTRACT CONSISTS OF ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY (ABI), PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT (PCA) AND HOMECARE PROGRAM FOR ELDERS (ELDER), AUTISM, MONEY FOLLOWS PERSON (MFP) AND COMMUNITY FIRST CHOICE (CFC) PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBILE FOR PERFORMING TRAINING & OUTREACH FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS MAINTAINING A REGISTRY OF PROVIDERS.
