WE PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO 254 INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH HIV AIDS AND THEIR FAMILIES LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE BRONX, MANHATTAN, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS. OUR HOUSING PROGRAM PROMOTES RESIDENTIAL AND CLINICAL STABILITY FOR ITS PARTICIPANTS THROUGH A CONTINUUM OF COMPREHENSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES GEARED TOWARDS HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACHIEVE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILY GOALS.
