FUTURES SCHOOL - A SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOL APPROVED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. THE SCHOOL SERVES STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 21.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. COMMUNITY INCLUSION SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH BRAIN INJURIES AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES.
SUPPORT SERVICES - A BLENDED SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS WHO ATTEND THEIR DISTRICT SCHOOLS AND WORK WITH FUTURES' EMPLOYEES FOR A SET NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY OR WEEK. SERVICES UNDER THIS CATEGORY INCLUDE TUTORING, MENTORING, EXTENDED DAY ACTIVITIES, VOCATIONAL/EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES AND 1:1 PARAPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT WITHIN A STUDENT'S DISTRICT SCHOOL.
